Got take out which was a bit expensive due to Postmates but the food was SOOO GOOOOOOOD! Delicious and gives all those take out flavors you miss.

Nice and cozy restaurant with heatlhy and tasty meals. Had a soup and some nomeat with veggies and rice and both were delicious. Nice staff and vibe. Close to great thrift stores 😏

Ordered off Grubhub and got a killer deal. Steamed dumplings, spring rolls, and pad Thai all for $15!! Everything was absolutely delicious, flavorful and delivery was fast! Reminds me of when I was a kid and my family would order Chinese takeout .

First vegan restaurant we tried on our first day here, and we were very happy about our choices! The salted chicken breast tastes amazing and the spicy salmon avocado sushi is very yammie! I took the spicy eggplant in garlic sauce and the traditional fried rice, which both are always my favorites and also here i enjoyed it. My cousin had a noodle dish, she said it was nice, could've had a tiny bit more 'umph' to it but she enjoyed it. We loved the staff and the place, all just very relaxed and zen, with a big golden Buddha and a painted tree on the walls. Would def go there again to try some more!

Read moreThe manager Austin, warmly greeted and welcomed us into this funky oasis with a super "Snappable" Buddah mural and cute decor I felt transported to another world. The service here is impeccable!! While it was pretty busy, the atmosphere was calm, Austin was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, & super friendly!! Since everything in the menu looks so good, we told Austin food preferences/likes/dislikes and so he started us off with a slurry of shared apps including the dumplings, edamame, scallion pancakes & King Oyster Mushrooms.
The King Oyster Mushrooms were a highlight! They are lightly battered and fried with a delicious soy ginger dipping sauce that is divine. I took a bite, felt the light crunch and thank sank my teeth in the juicy meaty interior, they are hands down a must order!
Then we shared the pumpkin soup which is such a comforting and homey dish, all year round! The delicate Asian spices balanced the pumpkin soup and made it all the more savory and not at all sweet. #PumpkinGoals We ended the meal with the Mango Soy "Chicken" the bites of fresh mango and delicious glaze was the perfect accompaniment to the perfectly sautéed soy protein.
Even if you're not a meat eater or are not traditionally vegan you will both will satisfy and savor the dishes here. We left happy & full, my friend said it was well worth the commute!! They have a great selection of desserts, beer, wine & cocktails, but I'll have to save that for my next visit! Considering the quality of the food, level of service, and super reasonable price point Amituofo Vegan is a must try, whether you're a New Yorker or just visiting, we would highly recommend!!

The manager is the possibly the rudest person in New York. I spent 80 dollars, tipped 30, and then later in the day came back. He forbade me from talking to the staff. He said I had to sit in the corner and drink my wine quietly. Skip to the end. He asked me to leave and never come back. As for the food, noodles and broth massively marked up, and ten dollar wine sold for close to 40 a bottle.

The servers here are so kind, and everything on the menu pretty much is good! I just wish the menu were a bit more inventive- it’s strikingly similar to the Wild Ginger and the old Zen Palate menus! To the extent that I wonder if they’re affiliated! But either way, it’s a great spot, with good atmosphere, nice servers, beer, wine and sake, and solid menu choices above all else!

I enjoyed my visit a lot. The restaurant is set up comfortably, love the aesthetic, plenty of outlets around. The service was very polite and friendly. The food was very flavorful and fresh, and priced very cheap! I hadn't had wonton soup since going vegetarian, so at least 8 years ago. I enjoyed everything I had, but regret not saving room for dessert. The cupcakes they had looked incredible. This place was almost empty when I went since it had only just opened, so check it out before it starts filling up when the neighborhood discovers its newest gem!

Discovered this gem by chance through Groupon or we never would have found this restaurant. This all vegan Chinese place, except for the impossible burger, did a great job at replicating those American Chinese favorites that I would have never ordered at a non-vegan restaurant. Their sesame beef and General Tsos chicken was deliciously flavorful and fried with nice texture of the seitan. The New England Roll, which was a fried cabbage and tofu skin appetizer was my favorite. The cheese cake had Good pumpkin flavor wirh a great chunky nut crust. The staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back!

Discovered this new all-vegan place the other day. I love the comfortable and intimate vibe. Not to mention the extensive menu selections. I actually had a bit of trouble choosing from so many options available! The General Tso's Chicken was just bursting with flavors and the Sesame Roll with this mango dipping sauce is absolutely divine - a must try! Friendly staff, delicious food, and nice ambiance. Worth the visit!
