Excellent ramen - Edit
If you’re looking for a decent place to get your ramen fix in Marburg, look no further. The restaurant offers a variety of vegan options and all I had was very satisfying and delicious. Definitely would come here again!

It was really tasty and the price was reasonable. My boyfriend had the vegan Ramen and I chose the grilled noodles. I really enjoyed my drink an he enjoyed his beer. We always try each other's food and it was actually the first Ramen that I would order myself. Usually I only try a spoon full of his Ramen (if he orders that) and before eating in this restaurant I thought that I did not like Ramen. Next time we go here, I will definitely order the Ramen myself! 🍜

This place used to be one of the best, but in the last year they increased the price and seemingly stopped seasoning their food. totally flavourless, took two bites and stopped eating. such a shame, they used to be so good, just bland and crazy expensive now

Wir haben auf unserer Radreise nach Marburg sehr gute Erfahrungen mit der 957 Ramen Bar gemacht. Es gibt viel Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man kann draußen in angenehmer Lage sitzen.

I really like the ambiance of this place, the staff is nice and there's a lot of options. However, it's a bit of a hit or miss. I like the fried tofu you can add to your ramen, but the spicy ramen tasted much too mushroom heavy. I do love mushrooms but it kind of took away from the dish for me. The glass noodle salad is lovely, so are the potato sticks. The mapo tofu I sadly didn't like and the fermented soy beans are something you'd feed someone to torture them honestly, probably something like durian that only few people with a particular taste enjoy. I like to try out everything but for everyone like me, this is a warning about those... the housemade lemonade is really good and there's two vegan desserts, mochi and a sort of pancake, that weren't outstanding but good! I tried a taste of my friends miso ramen which tasted much more delicious, so I do plan on returning to try out that one!

So so lecker! Sowohl Vegan shoyu ramen als auch Vegan miso ramen einfach nur gut. Außerdem ist der frittierte Tofu (Ganmodoki) als Topping oder Beilage ein Muss. Etwas teurer aber man wird auch sehr satt von der großen Portion.

My sister and I had the vegan miso ramen. I chose tofu as an additional topping (unfortunately none of the vegan ramen have tofu in them) and my sister had edamame added to her order. The ramen were delicious! However, if you choose toppings they can become pretty pricey. Also the tofu didn't taste like tofu but more like falafel.
