Too expensive - Edit
Went there for breakfast. It was ok and the rest of the menu seemed original but wasn’t worth it for the price. For reference: one liter of water costs 5 euros. Service was good though.

Best place for vegans in Santorini - Edit
We ate here two dinners and enjoyed our evenings a lot. I especially loved the vegan tsatziki but was very delighted with their vegan shrimps as well. They had several vegan wines, most (if not all?) from Greece and some even from Santorini. If you're a vegan/vegetarian this is a must visit place on in Santorini. Note that the water costs 5 euros for a bottle which I find somewhat expensive.

Best brunch dish I’ve had in Santorini - Edit
The brunch here is amazing! The soft “scrambled egg” was one of the best brunch dishes I’ve had anywhere, but definitely the best I had in Santorini. The portion looks small but the bread at the bottom makes it really filling!
Read moreWe shared both that and the chocolate mound pancakes. The pancakes themselves aren’t fluffy or light, kind of doughy. The chocolate sauce and strawberries are incredible, I just can’t imagine being able to eat it alone or finish it. If you LOVE rich dense sweets, you’d love this. A bit too much for me, but it’s so clearly labeled on the menu I knew what I was getting myself into. Happy I tried it.
This place is so beautiful, both indoor and out! Love the decor with dried lavender at every table and modern black and white color palette.
The service is extremely friendly, so much care and attention to detail.

Vegan oasis - Edit
This place is truly worth 5 stars. Great for vegans and omnivores alike. Our group had the carbonara, chicky stripes (which was slightly less good than the other 3 dishes), plant balls, and the moussaka and really enjoyed ourselves. The puddings were amazing, especially the portion sizes. It’s not cheap, but it is the only vegan restaurant on the island, so they kind of have a monopoly on the market. Really friendly staff as well. Would recommend!

We had the Spetzofia for an appetizer which had a yummy smokey flavor with onions, peppers and vegan sausage. The sausage wasn't our thing because it was very soft but the dish itself was very good. For main dishes we got the Bolognese (very good) and the chicky strips. The chicky strips are made of soy and remind you of grilled chicken. Both had very different but also very good flavors. Dessert was omg good. Vegan baklava and citrus temptation in a glass. The baklava absolutely amazing! The citrus temptation in a glass very good and refreshing but also extremely citrusy. It has a layer of crunchy, a layer of the citrus almost like pudding, a layer of caramel sauce, and just all around very sweet.

Best meal in Santorini! - Edit
This was my absolute favorite restaurant in Santorini! The food was incredible; I can't pick between the three dishes I got (saganaki cheese which was kind of mozz sticks, linguini carbonara, and eggplant w/ cheese and cream sauce) because they were all delicious. Staff was very nice and the ambience was great too. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

We ate here twice on our recent trip to Santorini because the food was delicious, the service was friendly and professional, the atmosphere was calm and lovely and we can’t fault anything about it! So many options with a varied menu offering traditional Greek food! Also excellent value for money. If you’re looking for vegan food in Fira, look no further!

I had dinner at the 5senses and had the buddha bowl, which was very tasty. Sadly it was not possible, to take one spoon of the vegan tzatziki on top just for the taste (why?). One full portion of tzatziki would habe been way too much for me…😒I am sad.

We had the mushroom orzo, tomato fritters, the purple roll and the baklava and all of this was seriously tasty stuff. The price is towards the higher end but you get what you pay for.

Read moreInstead of a main I had two appertizers: the saganaki and the polenta. Both were delicious and very filling. The sauce on the polenta was incredibly creamy and fresh. The saganaki was fun to try but the cheese was very oily. Luckily the cherry tomato sauce refreshed the dish but it was still a lot of cheese for one or even two people - I would recommend sharing it among 3 or more people if you are sensitive to oily foods.
For dessert we tried the baklava and the cheesecake. The cheesecake was delicious and surprisingly light. The baklava was also lovely but the portion size was very big: I would recommend sharing it among 2 or 3 people.
The wine list was good and had clear labels for vegan certified wines. Sadly the restaurant did not offer Greek coffee - an unfortunately common trend on our trip in the Cyclades!
Overall, the experience was very enjoyable. The restaurant was a bit expensive, but generally in line with other Santorini locations of the same standard. The water was a bit more expensive though - 5 euros for one litre!

Greatly enjoyed lunch and dessert at the fully vegan restaurant! The ambiance was wonderful with so many details of green plants incorporated beautifully into the restaurant that is both indoor and outdoors with a great view. Incredible customer service, delicious food - Edit
Our server, Kristina, made sure our experience at 5senses was amazing. She helped us from choosing where to sit in the hot restaurant (so we wouldnt over heat whilst eating) to our silly little questions about the company logo (no one knows why the logo is 5°🤷♀️). The atmosphere in the restaurant was incredible, and all the other staff were really kind and friendly as well. Food was delicious and exactly what we wanted out of the experience: cheeeezy vegan cheese. Portion sizes were great (I had the carbonara and my friend 2 appetizers - polenta and saganaki - the saganaki was a massive portion of 5 big cheese sticks). Would also 100% recommend the desserts at 5senses. We shared the cheese cake (incredible and not too heavy) and baklava (MASSIVE portion size! Also delicious). Prices a bit higher compared to other places in Greece but we were told Santorini is more expensive anyways. I would give 5 stars but a liter of mineral water was 5 euros since all of our food was so heavy it would’ve been nice to have more water but we felt bad to pay so much for it.

Hier gibt es die komplett Palette an griechischer Küche und das komplett vegan! Wir hatten zur Vorspeise die fava, als Hauptgang moussaka und Gyros und beides war Weltklasse. Das Gyros aber noch einen Tick besser. Man kann schön und bequem auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Preise sind nicht niedrig aber in Ordnung für das Essen.

We were extremely impressed with the food here. The prices were a little high as others have said, but nothing out of the ordinary. And, this was the best food I had on my entire trip, so I would gladly come again. The indoor and outdoor seating area were also very nice.

Read moreThe menu looked absolutely fantastic with a lot of choices, making it hard to pick just one thing to eat. We decided to go for a starter and main course each. We took the shrimp curls and fried cheese as starters and the carbonara and mushroom orzo as mains. The starters were both very good, especially the fried cheese was amazing! The sauce that went with both starters was absolutly refreshing and tasty.
The main courses were both nice but as we have had our fare share of vegan carbonara it was not the best we had (not to say it was not delicious because it was certainly tasty!) . The mushroom orzo was a little bit disappointing as the seasoning was just too little (not present?) for me, which was a shame as the dish itself can be amazing. A bit more seasoning or some garlic with the mushrooms would have made this dish so much better.
Overall we had a good experience at 5senses
and if we had more time in Santorini we probably would have come back to try some other dishes.
