This was my first meal after arriving and I must say it’ll be a life-long memory. I was warmly welcomed, seated, and informed of the menu. I ordered the “Shogun” deluxe Mapo Tofu Set. The Gyoza was absolutely mouthwatering. Packed with flavor, filling and piping hot. The 4 mapos are cheese, white sesame, black sichuan pepper, and red chili pepper. The cheese mapo has peanuts (as a garnish, maybe in the sauce too?… in case you have an allergy). It is rich, creamy and flavorful. The white sesame was also very creamy, but a bit more mellow on the palette, compared to the cheese. The “black” sichuan pepper was probably my favorite as it was umami packed and unique. The red chili was good too, but the other’s stood out. The interior is so cozy, zen, and surreal. I’m so happy this was my first meal in Tokyo. I will forever remember the kind service and hope to return soon.

I tried the mix with 4 different mapo tofus, so in case I came back would know, wich to choose. Personally I liked the sesame one the most. What I didn't expect was the gyozas to be this good, the had a strong cheesy taste.

Love the tiny, cozy space and I was not prepared for how GREAT this food is! I got the assorted platter: Mapo Tofu set. Such an incredible variety of seasonings and preparation. Even if you only came for the gyoza, it’s well worth the trip. One of my best meals of the year.

Read more罪無き麻婆豆腐（三田店と虎ノ門店）は、東京で一番好きなレストランです！多分、週に一か二回ぐらい食べに行っています。
慶應大学の辺りにはあまりヴィーガンの食事がなかったので、ヴィーガンの学生には大変でした。三田店がオープンして、本当に安心しました。店員さんも優しいし、餃子もめちゃくちゃ最高です！
Tsuminaki Mita and Toranomon are my favorite places in Tokyo. I eat here at least twice a week, honestly sometimes more. There is a huge lack of vegan options near Keio University so it is great they opened up here. Staff are kind and the gyoza are simply the best.
