Catena di ranen bar presente anche a rimini, cesena e verona. Hanno due ramen vegani, uno ci. brodo delicato e uno con brodo con tahini. dei nooe con verdure vegani, un ramen asciutto vegano, delle meravigliose crocchette di daikon fritte che sono una meraviglia e come dolce un mochi allo yuzu buonissimo

the ramen here was really good and they had a vegan special of the day that i ordered. there were about 3 vegan options that were clearly labelled. the portions were quite big but the whole experience was also rather pricey.

Ho preso il Kokoro Ramen vegano ‘fuori menu’, Mezesoba con soia e miso, e gyoza di verdura. Decisamente il Ramen troppo salato e quindi insapore, stessa cosa con i gyoza, che sembrano stampati in fabbrica. Mezesoba un po’ meglio.
