lots of options

there are a ton of options, so much so that the last review and the description on here are confusing to me. everything that has a (v) can be made vegan, you just have to request it. the server fully understood when i asked if the (v) dishes come vegan as is, and he said no but they can all be made vegan, to just ask. so all the soups, all the bambaiya chaats, all the hot appetizers, both dals, the rice, & kathiyawadi food can be made vegan, in addition to numerous options from the snack, street food, main course, & bread sections of the menu. the south indian specials also had vegan options. the restaurant is fully vegetarian also.
i got the dal tadka & my partner got the tofu tikka masala. neither of them had a spicy symbol on the menu, but they had mild-moderate spice. we weren’t asked if we wanted it mild or medium or hot but maybe you can specify if spice would bother you. the food was definitely super flavorful. rice portion was sort of small but no big deal. the inside of the place is super cute.
