Great noodles - Edit
The hand pulled noodles were great and many vegan options. The portions are super big. I highly recommend the coco mango ice tea.

Gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen. An sich sind vegane Gerichte auch gut gekennzeichnet, jedoch ist bei der deutschen Karte wohl etwas verrutscht, sodass bspw Ei als Zutaten aufgelistet werden, trotzdem sind die veganen Gerichte auch wirklich vegan. Also nicht von der deutschen Karte verwirren lassen, die englische stimmt😉

Cute new place with excellent, friendly service. No frills, pretty interior design with plenty of natural light, attentive staff and good food.
Read moreWe had a mushroom bao and a crispy tofu bao, followed by biang biang noodles plus a steamed aubergine and rice dish. All were pretty decent, especially the baos, and we were delighted to get loads of fresh chilis with the noodles, too 😍
EDIT AFTER A SECOND VISIT:
The cucumber salad is delicious, the radish pickle is nice and the bao continues to be pretty great, but we were disappointed that the noodle dishes (again) lacked in flavour. Both the Simply Biang Biang and the Biang Biang Vegan were bland and needed seasoning, and the broth was oddly reminiscent of beef stock...?
The aubergines in our friend's vegetarian dish (Biang Biang Aubergine) were delicious but too oily.
IF we go back, it'll be for the tofu bao😄The service is still excellent, though.

This was such a cute space! It’s not too big, the employees were super sweet and kind and the food was delicious. I am still thinking about the Tofu in the Bao a few days later, so go get that if u have the chance.😄

Wir hatten die Baos (Mushroom, Crispy Tofu) und waren begeistert. Sehr fluffig, warm, gut gefüllt und schon präsentiert.
Auch die Hauptspeisen sahen sehr gut aus.
Pros: Vegan klar gekennzeichnet , Frische Zubereitung und schöne Präsentation

A nice little restaurant centrally located in Cologne. Close to Neumarkt. There are some vegetarian and vegan options. The service was very good and the food really tasty.
