Nice vegan breakfast - Edit
I went here twice for a vegan breakfast. It offers several options for a decent breakfast, by which I mean something healthy to eat that fills the stomach and a nice coffee to make a good start of the day. The place and presentation of the food is quite stylish, so that's nice. Portion sizes are fair. The prices are a bit high, though. I did not find other places in the center that open early and offer a vegan breakfast (more than just bread), so I was glad I found this one.

Good option with choices - Edit
It was the best vegan restaurant we found in Copenhagen, but it does not mean that everything was very delicious. The taste is mostly average, but there are many options to choose from. It sometimes gets really crowded. Not cheap.

Mostly good - watch out for the honey - Edit
Based on previous reviews here, we weren't sure if this would be too, "trendy," for us, as we were simply looking for some good, honest, food to fill up on for the rest of the day. However, whilst it is admittedly quite trendy, 42 Degrees Raw is by no means pretentious; rather it had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. People seem to come and work or study here (with the free wifi) whilst enjoying lunch, so the atmosphere is quite laid back, but this means that the few tables fill up fast. The staff were polite and friendly, and spoke English (although an English menu is already displayed to assist non-Danish speakers). The only slight point of confusion was that the server stated that everything was vegan, yet one of the packaged bags of cookies that are also sold was clearly labelled as containing honey. My husband tried the burger with sweet potato fries and described the burger as both trying to imitate meat but at the same time not losing the texture and flavour of the grains and vegetables from which it was made. I opted for the raw tapas which consisted of a lovely spicy noodle dish, a piece of lasagne which was nice but rather drenched in mayo, and an avocado sandwich with delicious raw bread. Actually to go easy on the mayo is the only thing we would change upon a re-visit. The coffee is lovely and strong and the cakes looked amazing, but the portion sizes are so great that we were both stuffed after just a main! At 129DKK-ish for a main, this restaurant isn't cheap, but for Copenhagen, it's not really expensive either.

Tasty, limited seating - Edit
We had the burgers and a piece of cake. I also had sweet potato fries with my burger. I liked the burger a lot and it was filling. The ketchup gave flavour to it. The cake was amazing.
Read moreThe only issue was limited seating. It is very small too so you feel like you're in the way all the time.
I also found it quite expensive but that is the same all over Copenhagen!

Lovely place with lovely food!

Nice find in CPH - Edit
Nice friendly vegan place in the city centre with a good variety of fresh salads and sandwiches. I had a mix of the three salads which was nice and a vegan chai latte (delicious). The price was reasonable for Copenhagen I paid around 11euro for the salad mix (large) and the chai latte. Staff were nice and indoor seating is cosy and warm- perfect for colder months.

Eat with style! - Edit
Very impressive place with majestic dishes. I tried there raw lasagne, banana cake and a green smoothie. Well.. lasagne was so oily that after having eaten half of it I started to feel s bit sick. Way too much fats in it. But the cake was heavenly! If you're weighing what to try, definitely go for the cake.

Very Impressed! - Edit
I visited 42 Degrees Raw after seeing the ad on happycow. It was everything I would expect for a raw vegan restaurant. They had a showcase full of raw vegan dessert bars and salads. They had a long list of juices, I tried the Barcelona and it was great. I downed it before I even got my food. I got the raw lasange for lunch and it was excellent. The orange and banana chocolate dessert bars are by far the best thing they have, so delicious. The restaurant is small with limited seating and its very hot in the summer but if you grab it to go its perfect! I would return a thousand times.

Fancy Pancy Tasty Kick - Edit
This is an "Easy Fancy Pancy Copenhagen Chill Out" place to go to when you are on your shopping roll in the center and need a healthy kick.
Read moreIt is hip on the top and so are the prices - on the upper end.
The food is delish, clean, colorfull and tasty. But for a low budget, this place is might a bit to much as you can head over to other raw & vegan places and cut some of the price.
But if you dont care this is a go-to place.
You can always get some fresh salats and a healthy juice to flush it down with.
The place is small and the outdoor sitting is quite limit, so if you go there on a sunny-sunday you might find it hard to find a place to sit down. But then pick up your order in the biodegradable containers and head over to the "Kings Garden" near by.
Pros: Healthy all the Way, Good Portions, Clean Food
Cons: A bit high prices for some, A Small place to sit down

Better than Pure Food & Wine in NY! - Edit
Fantastic. Everything was beautiful and delicious. I'm actually not a huge raw fan, and I ended up buying their gorgeous cookbook (it's in Danish, but it's actually pretty easy to figure out with a little help from google translate). Unlike a lot of raw food, found this filling (had a sandwich and dessert, my mum had soup and salad). Also, some complained of the price. I found it typical of Copenhagen and not atypical for new york prices (what I'm used to). Everything was extremely fresh and the staff was friendly and helpful too. Also tried their Stockholm location - also wonderful.

Tasty food, nice desserts - Edit
The food here is good and creative, though if you don't buy into the "raw" or "undercooked" approach to preparing food, you might feel too limited in options. We had sandwiches that were tasty, I had sublime hot chocolate sweetened with agave (there was a choice of what kind of "milk" and I think the almond milk is better - I returned a second time and did not specify almond milk and it was a teensy bit less amazing), and a dessert. My second time was just for cocoa and dessert. The apple "cake" (I don't remember what they called it) was excellent, as was the triple chocolate. Prices are steep, which is not surprising for Copenhagen. This is a casual restaurant, you order at the counter and they will bring the food to your seat. There are no water-service vegan or vegetarian restaurants in Copenhagen as far as I know.

Expensive but worth it - Edit
This was one of the most expensive restaurants I've been to so far - although I guess it's pretty normal in this city considering Copenhagen prices. I enjoyed my visit very much and it was my favourite restaurant of the four I visited during this trip to Denmark, so I don't regret spending the money, but it still hurt a bit.
Read moreThere is an English menu and the very friendly waitress explained it to me. I chose the avocado and chili sandwich and a broccoli salad. Both were totally delicious and very filling. I also had a smoothie which was very thick (I prefer them if they are more like a drink and not like a cream) and so I could hardly finish it. More like a dessert than a drink.
I also enjoyed the atmosphere, although I prefer seats with a back and think the benches just look cool, but are not very comfy. The music was a bit too loud, I could have relaxed a little better if it had been a little quieter.
The location is great, close to Kongens Nytorv, Copenhagen's central square. This makes the restaurant perfect lunch break while you are out shopping or exploring central Copenhagen and Nyhavn.
Pros: Very friendly service, Delicious food, Perfect location
Cons: Very expensive, No comfy chairs, Music too loud

My partner and I accidentally passed this place. We saw it on Happy Cow app before and decided to stop by. We wanted something cooked and saw that they had pizza.
Read moreDelicious pizza (not raw) tomatoes and pineapple and tomatoes and mushrooms with something that tasted cheesy. Nice vibe here. She used gloves to handel the food. Good music. But quite pricy, but if you can pay 100 dkk for 10 shots of alcohol then really the same for 2 slices of pizza can be done occasionally. Good presentation. Lots of raw options with some cooked food. It's not a restaurant, but a good place for a snack.Actually, the pizza were surprisingly filling. Maybe as it was wholewheat.

The food was so fresh, healthy and above all- tasty!! Took a while to get served but otherwise, can't complain at all. Highly recommended!!
