They have two locations. The location on fuller street has more options. I asked and they said they always have the same vegan options, but occasionally the flavors change seasonally

Plus many bread options! I’ve had everything except the croissant and I have not tried their bread yet. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing. Obsessed and will be a regular!

Those vegan everything croissants are so good! They only have like one or two vegan option at a time but they’re always good. I’ve had the vegan danish and that’s also excellent

Wonderful bakery and vegan options - Edit
They have so many wonderful breads here - and they often will have one or two vegan pastries. I have had a vegan danish and muffin before and they were very good. In a mega cute area as well.

Nantucket Baking Company is a bustling bakery that has been stuffed with eager customers every time I have visited. It is the type of bakery that holds up the title of bakery, that is: freshly baked bread and patisseries crafted on-site.
Read moreMake sure to stop by to pick up a wide selection of oven soft bread. Because this is the closest to a Parisian baguette you can find in Grand Rapids.
In addition to the awesome bread, they stock some of the most light and flaky vegan pastries. They are not very showy with their vegan options, but they are some real hidden gems in town. Their selection is rotating, but I have always been able to find some selection of vegan croissant, cookie, and pastry.
Make sure to give Nantucket Baking Company a try for all your vegan baked good needs.
