The address marker is wrong. It's Q22 Nguyễn Hữu Hào, not 22 Nguyễn Hữu Hào. That Q is important. So go further south on the same street. Away from the river. Strange postal addresses here.

Quite possibly the best vegan bánh mi I've eaten so far. My noodles were outstanding too. This little vegan restaurant was busy non stop. Limited seating. Mostly deliveries and take away. No English spoken.
But well worth the visit. I will return again and again.
Both excellent dishes for a total of only 45,000
