I had high hopes

Plenty of options for salads and grain bowls. I opted for the “Sweater Weather” grain bowl and subbed tofu for chicken. The base is quinoa and kale with a vinegarette dressing. Either the kale was unwashed and/or the quinoa was not rinsed before cooking so there was a lot of “grit” in the bowl 😕

Pros: Vegan/vegetarian options, Customizable, Bright, clean space

Cons: Grit in the quinoa or kale, A bit pricey
