Happy Cow won't let me leave a five-star review because the place is not fully vegan, but this donut shop is doing more for vegans in Toulouse that mediocre fully vegan places. In addition their donut dough is vegan for all donuts.
Read moreThere is a very wide selection of fun vegan donuts, filled and traditional. This is not the kind of shop where they have 15 different carnist types and only one vegan option with simple glazing, you really have many options to choose from here. I tried the "Paris-Brest" and it was excellent, with flavorful hazelnut glazing, whipped cream and a fluffy donut. If you miss this traditional French pastry, try this donut, you won't be disappointed. The donut dough itself is not too sweet, but the glazing is, so if you want a donut that is less sweet choose the type of topping accordingly. I would also recommend going early to make sure you still have a nice selection.
The one thing that could be improved is their online communication about the fact that they have vegan options. It is clearly visible in the shop but I think it should be advertised online more. And also they could consider going fully vegan of course ;)

Good selection of vegan donuts. The texture is light and fluffy, they are all pretty sweet though! The lemon donuts were smaller on that day so she offered a blue one on top for free, super sweet! Get there early to get the biggest selection.

Les produits sont bons et plutôt gourmands.
Je recommande.

Donut bakery and café with broad assortment of vegan choices. I tried two different ones (and it was hard to choose among so many fancy donuts): pistachio topping with pistachio filling and violet topping with cassis filling. They were really awesome, both of them.

Read moreI've tasted lemon, white homer and cassis. I can't be the best judge since I don't actually LOVE donuts coz of the "fried" taste but they were good. And anyway I'm grateful for every place offering vegan options 💚 I think they also have vegan milkshakes but I haven't asked 👍🏽

Il y avait un large choix de donuts vegans. Mais les étiquettes n'étaient pas correctes. Une bonne partie se disait vegan et ne l'était pas (exemple avec du Nutela..) et inversement.
