Yummy with lots of veggie and tofu options to add. Definitely needed some spice (which they have chili oil and sriracha you can add).

There is one vegetarian ramen option but I went with the build your own. Vegetable broth was bland but the offer chili oil, Sriracha and togarashi to spice it up. Fun anime decor and kiosk ordering at the front. Skip the fountain sodas, the machine looked dirty.

Neat Spot w/ good options - Edit
This place is full of cool Dragon Ball Z decor and has plenty of options for vegans. Three different vegan broths are available with tofu and different noodles. The dishes are large and filling. For a unique and fun atmosphere and some good vegan noodle dishes, definitely recommend!
