Read moreThe waiter asked if we wanted olive oil with the bread (we didn’t ask). Before we got the bread, we were served a cashew crème between two crackers with a leaf (even the kids liked it). I ordered the only vegan dish (something I never had, or heard of, but the waiter convinced me to try). Basically, celery ground up, reduced into a patty, baked in foil? sprinkled with coffee, then covered in cream sauce (vegan) and then topped with something that complimented the flavors that I can’t describe. I expected to be impressed and interested and curious the entire time I enjoyed this meal.
My 11 year old son, not vegan, ordered the burger and said it was the best burger of all time (from a kid that eats burgers once a week). My husband ordered a ravioli that he said was incredible and my daughter said that the sauce on her spaghetti was the best. If you are a family of four, you know how rare it is for everybody to be impressed and happy.
If you are looking for vegan, or just traveling with tweens or teens, the food is incredible, the ambiance is really nice (just noisy enough) and the service is the best we’ve had since we’ve been in Switzerland this week (also better than anywhere we frequent in the states).
Pros: Vegan apps , Vegan DIFFERENT and INTERESTING dish, olive oil for bread

Updated review: The first time I told the staff I was vegan and sat me down and said they’d take care of it. They gave me tasty pastries but that was it. The second time they showed me some of the vegan options around the buffet! The buffet includes hot veggies, vegan chickpea salad, fruit, soy milk, vegan butter, and few other things to help put together a properly balanced breakfast. You should still request them to make vegan food like their vegan croissant though because it’s great😄

Hey everyone this is a review of the Flamel breakfast. I did NOT have the Flamel dinner.
When you get breakfast just mention to a staff member that you are vegan and they’ll make you vegan extras.
All the food was delicious! Flavors were great and it was great having included vegan breakfast with my hotel room. The croissant in particular was incredibly good as well as the coffee (they have soy milk!)

This place only offers one vegan main dish lunchtime and a different one at dinnertime. No starters or sides. Also, the outdoor seating is pretty exposed to lots of pedestrian traffic, not a nice place to be. So, very small selection and you can't be sure if they can always improvise additional items.
