Eaten here a few times and everything has been amazing. Recently got hot chicken flat bread - bomb- and my partner got tacos and meatloaf Sammie he raved about. Never had a miss always amazing food and big portions too, out go-to spot in Oceanside

We have eaten here several times, always getting something different, and we have never been disappointed. This time my wife had the Chop Chop Salad, which is full of all kinds of goodies. I had The Reuben; there is plenty of ingredients in this grilled sandwich.

Everything is made insight, even the chunky ketchup.
In addition to the great food, is the very friendly owner, Scott. You can't go wrong eating here.

Read moreWe’ve ordered the chick’n parm, Havana bowl, carne asada bowl and sweet potato tacos. Also had two homemade desserts (cake of the day) and homemade drinks which were delicious. Generous portions mean we get to eat leftovers!
Great service. Owner, Scott, is super friendly and attentive and seems to put his heart into every aspect of the customer experience. (Great playlists, cool rotating local art, homey funky vibe). Oh! And he remembered our names after only one visit. I wish every restaurant experience was this great. Can’t wait to try more menu items.

Eris Food Co. is a fantastic vegan restaurant in Oceanside. The food was phenomenal, truly some of the best we've ever had. Also, we absolutely loved the vibe and the setting - they have games and books and so many fun things to look at and a fabulous outdoor space. I would describe the menu as elevated comfort food. They also have a bunch of specials, as well as decadent desserts. The owner is so friendly and does so much for the vegan community. We already can't wait to go back. Highly, highly, recommend.

One of the best vegan restaurants I’ve come across in 8 years vegan and I have tried a lot of places. The best in San Diego county! Super cute and comfortable patio right by the beach. Everything was so good and super big portions perfect for sharing. Love to see a vegan restaurant that promotes veganism for animals! The owner Scott was so sweet and welcoming!

Read moreWe ordered the chicken parm to share. It’s a massive portion. It comes with herbed spaghetti and garlic bread. The meat is a soy- gluten recipe made in house with a thick crunchy deep- fried breading. The tomato sauce was really tasty.
I really appreciate when vegan restaurants make in house meats. I’m super over Beyond, Impossible and other overly processed meats I can buy myself.
This was a heavy filling meal. We had a huge portion to take away.

This place is incredible! Eris not only had awesome food but also wonderful staff/service, and the best atmosphere I've experienced in years; with kids books and a sandbox for my baby to play in while we dined in. Eris, owned by Scott, who makes and creates all his food from scratch is everything you would want or imagine. You do not have to be plant based to adore this place. Outsourcing in every way. Ambiance, friendliness, cute and artsy, and the food is beyond anything we’ve found in San Diego and Notth county. Truly a hidden gem. Tell your friends, bring the family, you won’t regret it. The fish tacos are my fave. Perfect and last bite is as great as the first. Thank you Scott for your vision, care and excellence. Tarz, who works weekends is also a rare gem! Mahalo
