Probably more of a 3.5? Surprised to see that more than half of their selection is vegan. Waffle cones are vegan as well. Had the key lime pie and the lime flavours. The two were clearly different flavours. Intense, but nothing special. Good sized scoops.

Tondi Gelato is a vegan gelato lover's dream—half of the flavors were vegan, and the options included more than just fruit flavors. During our trip, we tried dark chocolate, pistachio, mango, watermelon, and lemon. Every flavor was delicious. The chocolate and pistachio were decadent and creamy, while the fruit flavors tasted like fresh fruit and were refreshing. I personally love combining chocolate and fruit. The staff were also very friendly! Tondi Gelato was easily one of my favorite stops in Santa Barbara.

All the reviews were so good we had to go and it did not disappoint. It was delicious, so creamy and rich very much like gelato we had in Italy. I had peach and key lime pie (even had pieces of crust in it), scrumptious. My wife had almond and pistachio, also very good. They have about 20 flavors have of which are vegan.

Omg. This gelato was sooo good. We tried the dark chocolate, strawberry, and key lime pie flavors. They allow you to taste the flavors before you choose. It was so yummy! The key lime pie flavor was crazy good. It really tasted like key lime pie! Highly recommend. Half the flavors are vegan.

I absolutely love this place. All fruit flavors are vegan plus a vegan chocolate. I love that the fruit flavors are fresh and actually taste like fruit! They add new flavors all the time, so we go by a couple of times a month to see what’s new or to get some delicious chocolate vegan gelato!

This place is so good! Great smooth texture and bright, delicious flavors. Half of the flavors are vegan. of these, most are traditional Italian sorbetto (no milk) and a few are vegan gelato with rice milk. Some flavors are always available and always delicious (like the dark chocolate), and others change with the seasons depending on locally available produce. All the gelato and sorbetto is made right there in the shop.
