Raw options, all organic, all Ⓥ - food nutrition and quality matter here and it’s so appreciated! Kevin, the owner, works on site and is like the host of the place - just so friendly and welcoming with time to talk to everyone. The food is spectacular, juices delicious creative blends, again - raw food options ftw.

Since the kitchen serves mostly premade in plastic and glass and isn’t a waste-free establishment, I’d really love to see recycling offered at the min. Also the juices (and all) are pretty expensive - in fact the most expensive juices I’ve seen outside of Erewhon in Beverly Hills - bring your pocketbook.

You are incorrect about some of this - CROP accepts the used glass bottles which they then santize and reuse and ALL of the food packaging, utensils etc is COMPOSTABLE AND NOT PLASTIC.

The method of juicing the leafing greens allows them to know exactly how many cups of leafy greens are in each green juice, including Green Love which is literally the greenest juice in the nation with 24 cups of leafy greens.
They do not High Pressure Process (aka pasteurize) the juice which keeps it raw and full of nutrients. It is worth every penny.
In case you haven't noticed, food prices have skyrocketed which means their costs have also skyrocketed. If you want nutrient dense healthy food, you're going to have to pay for it. But this place still does not compare to prices at Erewhon.

Everything here is so fresh and delicious! They use fresh, organic ingredients. Every smoothie I’ve tried is delicious! The prepackaged salads are perfect for a quick lunch. I’ve tried the kale caesar, chipotle southwest and Asian chopped salad. They also have yummy treats in the case. A must try if you’re in the area.
