I did not love this place. There is pretty much nothing in the pho except noodles and mushrooms. It also is not a vegan restaurant, though people always tell me it is. Pho is tough to find in Boise, but I like Pho Nouveau best.

I wonder what I had? Oh yeah. Stir fried tofu with scallions on rice.
I think my mom had something too. Got it, vegan fresh rolls with tofu (you can also get just veggies) and a curried tofu & veggie stir fry.
Both places are great but Pho Nouveau has better Pho in my opinion but my wife likes 208's better. Either way, we happily eat at both.
