@eargseletos: Perhaps you haven't been there in awhile. We ate there Friday and guess what my wife ate? Vegan Pho. I wonder what I had? Oh yeah. Stir fried tofu with scallions on rice. I think my mom had something too. Got it, vegan fresh rolls with tofu (you can also get just veggies) and a curried tofu & veggie stir fry. Both places are great but Pho Nouveau has better Pho in my opinion but my wife likes 208's better. Either way, we happily eat at both.
