Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in onion, garlic and bell pepper. Cook until tender.
Next stir in the mashed beans and add the cornmeal.
Mix in cumin, paprika, cayenne, chili powder and salsa. Cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
Assemble your tacos, serve and enjoy!
