Boil 1 liter of water and add polenta, veggie meat, and mushrooms.
Add miso, spices, and olive oil. Boil for 5 minutes.
Add rest the of your ingredients and cover for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy. Garnish with jalapeno flakes for extra flavor (optional).

2 tablespoon olive oil
1 handful cashews
1/3 cup miso
Pepper, to taste
Sage, to taste
Fennel, to taste
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/3 cup dehydrated of each; chipotle black beans, pinto or refried beans, chili mix, and quinoa flakes
