Instructions
Dissolve the sugar in the water.
Oil a frying pan and place over medium heat. Ddd the flour and fry until red.
Take off the heat, add the water in gradually while stirring slowly.
Once it starts turning into lumps, put back on the stove and continue adding water while stirring.
Keep doing so until you've added all the water and it turns into a thin paste.
Take off the stove and add the cinnamon.
Let cool and serve.
