Instructions
Preheat oven to 150° C or 300° F.
In a saucepan melt your coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Once well mixed, add the rest of your ingredients and stir.
Place mixture on a baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until toasted.
Let cool, serve and enjoy!
