Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Chop cauliflower head to desired size florets.
3. Put cauliflower into a Ziploc bag.
4. Pour the olive oil onto cauliflower and shake ziploc bag to ensure all the cauliflower gets covered.
5. Pour the nutritional yeast and garlic powder on top.
6. Roast in the oven for an hour checking on the cauliflower every 15 min.
7. Enjoy!
