    Instructions

    Sauté 1/2 an onion and garlic with olive oil until soft.
    Put the sauteed mixture and all other ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the mixture turns into a ball.
    Form it into whatever shape you want and steam for 45 minutes to an hour.

    Ingredients

    1/2 block firm tofu
    1 3/4 cup vital wheat gluten
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp paprika
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 of an onion
    1 clove of garlic
    1 tbsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 cup vegan beef or chicken broth.
    1 tsp olive oil
