    Instructions

    Chop your potatoes, carrot and onion into cubes.
    Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook cubed vegetables for 5 minutes, or until they soften.
    Strain water out of vegetables and place them into a high speed blender or food processor.
    Add the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasonings to taste if necessary.
    Serve and enjoy! This recipe can be used as a sauce for pasta, potatoes, nachos, etc., or a dip.

    2 yukon gold potatoes
    1 carrot
    1/2 white or yellow onion
    1/2 of a lemon, juiced
    1/2 cup nutritional yeast
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1 cup water
