    Instructions

    Soak the beans or lentils overnight.
    Rinse them and put them in a blender with all the other ingredients.
    Blend them until you get a smooth liquid.
    Cook in a non-stick pan like an omelette, you can either keep it whole or scramble it.
    If you don't use all the batter, you can keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.

    Ingredients

    3/4 cup mung beans or red lentils
    1 cup plant based milk of choice
    2 tablespoon oil of choice
    2 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon black salt
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon baking powder

    Serving Size

    5 omelettes
