    Instructions

    Place all ingredients in the order listed in a pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes.
    Otherwise, place onion and 1/4 cup orange juice in stew pot, sauté onions until soft.
    Add Sweet potato and squash and cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 15 - 20 minutes until potatoes are soft.

    Ingredients

    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 sweet potatoes, chopped
    2 cup butternut squash, chopped
    2 cans low sodium garbanzo beans, drained
    1 cup raisins
    3/4 cup green olives, chopped
    4 teaspoon paprika
    2 teaspoon ground cumin
    2 teaspoon ground ginger
    2 teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
    1 cup orange juice
    Cilantro, for garnish
    Parsley, for ganish
