Loaded Baked Sweet Potato

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F degrees.
Wrap sweet potato in foil and place in oven once it is preheated. Bake potato until cooked.
Heat black beans in pot on stove, and cook a while until beans are softened and hot.
Heat oil in frying pan on stove, add kale and cook until tender.
Mash avocado in bowl with pepper and lime juice.
Take out sweet potato and cut in half lengthwise.
Load it with avocado mashed, beans, and kale.
Season to your liking.
