    Instructions

    Add all ingredients to blender or jug if using wand blender.
    Blend for 30-45 seconds.
    Strain mixture through Seive and save or discard oats (can be used for flapjacks).
    Finally, strain through cheesecloth and pour into flip top bottle or jar.
    The oat milk should keep for 3 days in the fridge, shake before each use.

    Ingredients

    1 cup rolled oats
    1 teaspoon maple or agave syrup
    Pinch of salt
    800 ml water

    Serving Size

    1 liter
