Cold Carrot Salad

    Instructions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well with large wooden spoons. Serve at room temperature, or chill and serve cold.

    Ingredients

    5 large carrots, peeled and grated
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 stalk celery, thinly chopped
    1 cup tahini sesame paste
    3 large basil leaves, chopped
    4 tablespoon tamari or Braggs Liquid Aminos
    1 lemon, juice of
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    a small sprig of fresh dill, chopped

      Should be 1/2 cup of tahini (creamy sesame paste).

      Ah, much better, thank you. BTW, the recipe above now says 1 cup, not 1/2. Must be sun spots, LOL!
