Chunky Microwave Spinach Consomme - Simple and Qui

Instructions
1) Put 500g (2 cups) of fresh organic baby spinach in a microwave-safe container, preferably made of glass, along with 60 ml of water (about 2 ounces.)
2) Cook at the highest setting for 90 seconds.
3) Since each microwave model is different, after 90 seconds carefully take a look at the container. If the spinach has shrunken completely, there is no need to cook further.
4) If not fully shrunk, cook for another 30 seconds, Continue in 30 second intervals until fully shrunk.
5) When done cooking, serve immediately, and enjoy!
Additional notes: you can also remove the spinach, and have pure consomme. This spinach can then be added to pasta, salads, vegan pizzas etc.
