    Instructions

    First cut the cauliflower into small pieces and put them in a mixer. Mix until the cauliflower is the size of cookie crumbs.
    Put a little bit of oil into a pan and fry the onions and the garlic for about 3 minutes.
    Now add the cauliflower and the tomato paste and fry for another 3 minutes.
    Next add the sieved tomatoes and the seasoning and let it cook for 6 minutes.
    Serve with spaghetti and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    1 small cauliflower
    2 onions
    Garlic, to taste
    4 tablespoon tomato paste
    500 gram sieved tomatoes
    Oregano, to taste
    Thyme, to taste
    Basil, to taste
    Salt and pepper, to taste
