Banana Cake with Walnut Frosting

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Add oil, milk and vanilla, and stir.
Stir in bananas.
Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
Mix the frosting while the cake is baking. Let cake cool, then frost.
Top with sliced strawberries, if desired.
