Instructions
(1) Cut the avocados into quarters, peel and place into a large bowl.
(2) Finely dice the onion so that there are no large pieces and add them to the large bowl.
(3) Wash the cilantro and cut off the tips of the stems. Dice the leaves and the remaining stems and add to the large bowl .
(4) Dice the jalapeños and add them to the large bowl along with the juice from the jalapeño jar.
(5) Add salt to taste.
(6) Using a potato masher or a fork, combine the ingredients.
(7) Optional - add tomatoes.
Enjoy with chips, with tacos, or even on toast. Explore the possibilities!
