Ok - Edit
El sitio es bonito y tranquilo. Servicio un poco lento. Los bizcochos tirando a secos y la tarta de manzana... sin más. // The place is nice and relaxed. Service was a little bit slow. The cakes were on the dry side and the apple pie was... ok.

Bonito lugar ... desayuno plano - Edit

Food was bland - Edit
Nice atmosphere and nice people so I really wanted to like the place. But the food was totally underseasoned and it took ages even though only three tables were taken. The waiter didn't really seem that bothered about seeing to my table after giving me the initial food, which I get can be normal for Spain but was frustrating at I just wanted to pay the bill and leave. I went up to the counter in the end.

Charming atmosphere and some good vegan dishes - Edit
While the number of vegan options wasn’t overwhelming, the three vegan things we tried were all solid. The hummus was pretty standard and a generous amount as an appetizer. The Senegalese rice was surprising to see on the menu and it was delicious. The “meat”balls and their sauce were also good. The atmosphere and service were both pleasant and the price was really accessible. We had four glasses of wine, two entrees and a starter for about 38 euros.

Lovely place, food ok - Edit
We chose this place for it's location and opening hours and it was cute with friendly staff. As a vegan, I was sad to find all the most enticing dishes were not an option. I had a good juice (pear, lemon, celery, and basil).
Read moreOverall the food was just ok, some portions were small others medium.
I don't drink but apparently the wine was good and this could be a cozy meet-up place, not sure if it is vegan.
Pros: Good juice, Cute vibe
Cons: Mediocre food

Lovely lunch menu - Edit
We visited Parc Guell and had read that this cafe was near. It was at least a 20 minute walk but worth it.
Read moreLunch starts at 1.30. There is a 3 course lunch for 10.90 euros.
I had gazpacho soup which. I knew would be served cold and wondered if I would like it but it was very tasty with lots of olive oil.
Next I had polenta with vegetables and salad and it was light as a feather.
The only dessert on the set menu was chocolate cake which was nice enough.
The waitress spoke English and was very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this cafe if in that area.
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere, Lovely food, Good value

Excellent cafe for coffee or meal - Edit
This cafe is located a convenient walk from Park Guell and we visited Cafe Camelia twice, one just for coffee and cake in the morning and one for lunch (at 1pm).
Read moreIn fact we originally started saying we wouldn't eat at the same place twice as there were so many veggy cafes and restaurants in Barcelona, but the atmosphere was so friendly and relaxed it deserved a second visit.

Nice ambience in local cafe. Went for breakfast with my husband. We had homemade bagel and Philadelphia and flapjack, thick hot chocolate and coffee. Service was quite slow but all was enjoyable. Lunch menu looked good value.
