Restaurant dinner menu has at least one vegan dinner option, usually changing seasonally, with locally produced ingredients. Hotel staff can also adjust breakfast offerings for vegans given advance notice. Please note: This listing was accepted on the recommendation of our Ambassador, but note there is currently only one vegan option available. Open Mon 11:30am-2:00pm, 5:30pm-10:00pm, Wed-Sat 5:30pm-10:00pm, Sun 11:30am-2:00pm, 5:30pm-9:00pm.

A single inofficial option doesn't make this a top destination - even if tasty. - Edit
Four stars is the top rating for a non-veg restaurant and I don't think this one earns it at all. You have to bother staff to find out what's vegan (and hope they get it right) and you can't know what's vegan once the menu changes. This place doesn't mention vegan anywhere on their website which doesn't inspire trust in their know-how. There are restaurants more worthy of supporting in Chur.

Excellent with a personal touch - Edit
The one vegan dish is the "Geschmorter Sellerie auf Morchel-Gerstotto an Randenjus" or "Braised Celery Root on Morel-Barley Risotto with Beet sauce". It is divine! We had it following a very very fresh green salad along with a local sparkling rosé. The flavors were unique and complemented each other wonderfully. For dessert, we topped it all off with a plum and a grape sorbet. Our taste buds were absolutely delighted.
