Very tasty ice cream - Edit
Not so much variety left when I came in, but I had the coconut & red pepper ice cream in a cinnamon waffle and it was great. 3€ was quite pricey but seemed totally fine for Erfurt. The cupcakes looked quite appealing as well. Can recommend!

Excellent vegan ice cream (several flavors), also nice cinnamon waffles (for the ice cream). Cupcakes are okayish (with kinda 'hard', not creamy, topping). Inside, around 10 seats; outside, four seats. // Note: Around the corner is another store of the same owner with vegan soft ice cream (cherry! mango! raspberry!) that is much better than the cupcakes (name: 'Eis-Creme-Lädchen Zucker und Zimt' in street 'Schuhgasse') and truly world class. // Both shops are very close to 'Fischmarkt' tram station, both close to central train station / old town. Coffee is good.

Selten genug bekommt man vegane Eisoptionen - außer vielleicht Zitronensorbet - meistens auch keine veganen Waffelhörnchen, sodass man auf Becher (leider oft aus Plastik) + leider meistens dann auch noch Plastiklöffel zurückgreifen muss. Hier hüpft das vegane Herz vor Freude, denn es gibt leckere vegane Eisvariationen (am leckersten fand' ich Basilikum, Erdbeer-Rhabarbar und Haselnuss-Nougat) und ein veganes Waffelhörnchen mit Zimt.

Es gibt sehr leckere vegane Cupcakes. Auch das Eis schmeckt super. Es gibt Hafermilch für den Cappuccino u.s.w. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Wichtig: Es gibt sogar vegane Waffeln (mit Zimt und Zucker) . Vorzüglich!

A cozy little cafe which sells ice cream and cup cakes. It has a cute interior and the cup cakes are labelled vegan. About half the ice cream flavours were vegan (green writing/label means vegan). I tried two very unique options which were basil ice cream and pear Chocolat chip! In addition they have a cinnamon vegan Waffel cone, which I recommend to try! Delicious💜

Little Café ( resembling an ice cream parlor ) that serves some vegan Crêpes and cup cakes. Both tasted very good, but the place isn‘t very cosy- since it‘s the only Café in Erfurt with vegan options we werde a bit disappointed. However, the food and the staff were very nice!

I went to Zucker & Zimt the late afternoon, looking for a piece of vegan cake. They actually have a decent selection of vegan cupcakes and the sight of the cakes made my mouth water. Unfortunately it wasn't as tasty as it looked. The dough was palatable but the cream was rather dry, almost floury. I tried two different cupcakes and both were not all that bad but definitely not an epiphany. They sell vegan ice cream and different kinds of tea and coffee, too. Apart from all that the place is a cosy, hip sidewalk café, decorated in soft colours. The staff is friendly, so all in all I can recommend this location. Because the cupcakes are obviously designed and baked and with love it's not easy to give only "three cows", but the taste wasn't worth more, even though everything else was really nice.
