Tasty and fresh!

I ordered the avocado toast with customizations leaving out the pesto and cream cheese, while adding spinach and tomato. Relying on the base freshness of just the toast, avocado, tomato, and spinach turned out to be a fantastic gamble as each bite was exactly as fresh and delicious as you’d hope it would be. Upon serving, the kind main employee offered some salt or other seasoning for the toast as well but I was in no need for it.

If you’re looking for another vegan option for a hearty breakfast outside of smoothies, you would be out of luck. But that is how most breakfast places or cafes are! And I’d definitely take this over just a side of hash browns anywhere else.
