Many dishes can be made vegan. My favourite one is Stir fry vegetable with rice. One of the best option for dinner because many restaurants (especially vegan ones) are closed at evening. Restaurant is often almost full at evening so be prepared for waiting at that time. I recommend you to order 2 dishes or sharing portion for two people because portion is small for me.

You have to talk with the people to order Vegan dishes (no eggs, meat, fish sauce...). Very tasty and good prices. We will come again :)
