Good pizza - Edit
We had a garlic bread and pizza. Specify it needs to be vegan and there's no problem with that. The food came with labels with stickers so we were sure it was the correct one.
Read moreLocation is good, not suitable for people with disabilities however, as it is located on the -1 floor with a staircase to get there.
Toilets were also not great, no toilet paper and flush not working

They seem to no longer have a separate vegan menu, but incorporated the vegan items into the usual menu (marked with a green "Ve"), which could be beneficial because it exposes them to non-vegans. They have 4 main dishes (some also possible to be prepared gluten-free), 4 desserts and 11 sides/starters. Unfortunately, the wines aren't labeled.
Read moreThe restaurant is in the basement and is much more spacious than expected. You have to climb down a flight of stairs. Although it was crowded, there were still a few empty seats.
The service is excellent, you can really tell that professionals are at work here, every move is perfect.

Has a separate vegan menu with lots of options. We ordered a linguini with lentils and a pizza with vegan cheese and jackfruit pepperoni. Would visit again!

One of my favourite chains - Edit
All chains need to follow the likes of Zizzi and offer at least this many vegan options. The vegan pizzas are amazing ; I’d get the zucca (roasted squash and onion) regardless of my diet . A place with dessert options that aren’t just sorbet is always a big plus. Value for money is comparable to the other chains, and as the pizzas are quite large they’d be perfectly fine to share between two for a meal. Also enjoy the new chilli dough option , which is amazing with the vegan garlic bread! ~ a slightly nitpicking point, but I find the vegan cheese to be a bit too sweet and sickly. But with toppings it’s less noticeable .

[5 STARS, NOT 4] Pizza, sweet calzone and above all: wonderful service - Edit
We received a vegan menu and the lovely waiter explained every option with much patience, including honest recommendations (even said about a big dish that it can be shared). We took a vegan Pizza Zucca (Rustica) which was delicious, especially with the chilli oil. We ordered both deserts, the calzone was amazing and the torte was good. The Deeply Rooted and Very Berried (soft) drinks were also very good. For an afternoon in a place that is part of a chain, even the atmosphere was surprisingly good. We eventually returned to another Zizzi branch.

Great vegan pizzas - Edit
Fast services and like all the Zizi branches, they do a separate vegan menu. The vegan pizzas have vegan cheese on them and taste great. They also do some vegan desserts.
