Several vegan options - Edit
Very quick service. Staff are friendly. Several vegan options. Had the vegan pizza it was pretty good! Several really nice toppings and a thin base.

Food options are good - ask for the vegan menu. I love the fruit calzone for dessert.
Read moreHowever in this branch, the service is pretty bad. Regardless of when you arrive, they will never have enough staff on.
Food is very slow to arrive (sometimes it feels like they wait until the oven is empty to cook the vegan options!)
Can be paid for with Tesco Clubcard vouchers though (when traded in for Zizzi vouchers) which takes the sting out of the experience!

No non-dairy milk - Edit
Despite having a special vegan menu, they didn't have any non-dairy milk - so we couldn't have teas or coffees. They also don't have any vegan salads on the menu. My kids couldn't have the 'chocacino' that was included in the kid's menu (because there was no vegan version.) I found the mozzarella on the pizza to be quite insipid and slimy. The beetballs were average at very best. I mentioned this to the manager, in a friendly way, and he was fairly apathetic / indifferent / unhelpful. There was nothing to make me want to go back.
