Enjoyed our entree, pizzas and dessert.Service was good. Consistent with other Zizzi’s I’ve been too. Love this restaurant chain!

First time I visited here, I vowed never to return. Pizza came out cold, staff are rude & hostile. I will stick to Pizza Express - thanks.

Worse than other branches - Edit
We've been to about 5 branches of Zizzi and always loved the food, but the quality of the food here was worse than others. We had the beetballs for starter and while the sauce was very hot, some of the balls were still frozen inside. My pizza pepperonata had far less vegan cheese than usual and the base seemed weirdly greasy. The server was lovely but the food at this branch was not well prepared.

Great that they have a vegan meny, but the food is very expensive and doesn't taste anything. Worst pizza I've eaten, sadly. The vegan cheese they have isn't cheese, it's like a sauce that doesn't taste like cheese at all.

There is a specific allergen menu that includes the vegan, dairy free (eggs not labelled as dairy) and gluten free options. Pizzas are on a thin crust with a coconut oil based mozzarella and pretty tasty.
