Serves meat, vegan options available. A brewery/pub/bar & grill offers many clearly labeled (V) vegan choices, including Mediterranean hummus, a quinoa burger, 'emerald burger' (Impossible burger patty with vegan romesco sauce), grilled stuff portobello and Mediterranean chickpea salad. Wait staff is knowledgeable about veganism and will make sure the fries are cooked vegan as well. Open Mon-Sun 4:00pm-11:00pm.

Yummo! - Edit
So surprised that this Utah Brewery had a HOUSE MADE quinoa burger! It's so delicious. The mediterranean salad with chickpea salad without feta. I didn't have as many chickpeas as I thought it would, but it was still delicious.

Good but pricey for the amount area - Edit
Zion Brew Pub is very convenient to the entrance of the park — good beer selection, friendly service, and plenty of vegan options. Had the quinoa burger one night and chickpea avocado salad on another visit. The lime jalapeno vinaigrette is delicious. Outside dining with incredible views and misters! Prices are higher than other restaurants in town.

Not an Impossible burger - Edit
What they called the Impossible burger is definitely not an Impossible patty. It was a very thin piece of something that tastes like cardboard.

Enjoyed the emerald burger & hummus - Edit
Went here two nights while in Zion and it was good! The emerald burger is tasty on ciabatta and we got the hummus appetizer with no feta which was quite good. Beers are yummy too

Vegan options I think? - Edit
The v means vegetarian, the server confirmed their beyond burger one was fully vegan but the other reviews left me doubting a bit? It tasted good though, but don't get the chimichurri on the fries. My juicy IPA was pretty bleh.

Very misleading - Edit
We actually didn’t end up eating here. Our waitress at first told us that all the “v” items on the menu were vegan- which clearly wasn’t true. Then she went and asked the kitchen and brought back a cheat sheet they have for staff with all the menu items and if they were vegan or could be made vegan. Unfortunately the Mediterranean salad - the couscous was NOT vegan, the quinoa burger is also NOT vegan. There was still one salad, the impossible burger and the hummus plate that could be made vegan. Too bad…

Awesome spot - Edit
The only brewery in town also has an amazing vegan burger. I actually questioned if it was vegan and had the waiter double check.

Lovely spot for a drink but limited vegan options - Edit
This brewery is optimally located next to the entrance of Zion National Park. There is a lovely outdoor patio and seating area to enjoy beers and food. As others have noted, the menu no longer notes the vegan options. There are a couple of burgers (Impossible patty) that can be made vegan with modifications (no aioli). Nice to have something that we could eat but generally underwhelming.

Removed vegan options from menu - Edit
Disappointing as 2/3 of the Mediterranean Salad and the Stuffed Portabella were removed from the menu. Also our black bean burger came smothered in aioli (after discussion with waitress that we were vegan and wanted a vegan option). Also the fries came 1/2 cool to room temperature.
Read morePros: Great views, and good apple salad, Free parking after 5 pm, limited 2 hour otherwise, Well staffed, fast service
Cons: black bean burger came with aioli and egg in bun, Coldish fries, they r going backwards by removing vegan choices

Not vegan friendly - Edit
The V on the menu means 'vegetarian' not vegan. None of the options are by default vegan, and several of the options listed in the description are no longer on the menu.
Read moreTheir burger buns aren't vegan (they contain egg) and their aioli also contains egg. You can get the veggie burger with no sauce and lettuce instead of buns, but it ends up being quite mediocre, especially for $17.
If you have no other options for eating out and can't cook your own food, it's at least edible. But I can't say much more than that about it.
Pros: Doesn't cause food poisoning
Cons: Not vegan friendly, Expensive, Slow service

Yum! - Edit
The Emerald Burger was delicious! I was surprised to find any vegan options in the tiny touristy town. Beyond meat patty with spring lettuce, onion, tomato, and a chipotle vegan aoli. I find most veggie burgers are almost embarrassingly messy but this was perfect and satisfying. Glad I listened to another Happy Cow review and subbed the Chimichuri Fries!

Cons: It's Zion, of course there's a bit of a wait.

EPIC VEGAN FOOD! - Edit
Ok.... first of all the server (Matt) was exceptional AND sweet as pie! He made several recommendations to us as we just couldn't make a choice, ha ha! We ended up getting the portobello mushroom wrap with the chimichurri fries (do not miss out on those fries!) As well as the Mediterranean salad which was EPIC! Thank you for having vegan options for us! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and hope to come back again! @A_Vegan_Ray_Of_Sunshine

Yum - Edit
They have three vegan plates but the bun on the quinoa burger has eggs and is marked as vegan. The food is tasty I had the Chimichurri stuffed portobello and the impossible burger they make without the bun. Both were very good.

Was very impressed this spot near Zion National Park had vegan options. Staff was very knowledgeable about how to adjust the menu items to be fully vegan. The beyond burger was so good, and they made sure the fries that came with it were vegan!
