Ambience better than the food - Edit
Zinfandel has a vegan menu that contains a starter, main and a dessert.
Read moreAs the starter didn’t interest me I asked if the roasted vegetables and salad was vegan (it was) so we had that with some olives.
For mains I got the Swiss chard green pasta which was okay. It had a really strong earthy flavour and I’m not sure I was a fan of it - but the pasta shape and texture was good! Then for dessert I got the chocolate tart which was okay, I wasn’t a fan of the base but the actual cream bit was good.
The ambience of the restaurant was great, they had someone playing live music which was nice to hear!

Read moreThere is a vegan section on the menu and the staff are well aware of what is vegan. The food is delicious and beautifully plated and the cocktails and selection of wine is also great. The staff are amazing and SO friendly! There is live music which adds a wonderful vibe. I believe they have also recently been shortlisted for a Michelin star!
The rest of the menu was well enjoyed but my non-vegan friends also. Make sure to book as it gets busy!

A nicer/fancier restaurant choice when dining with people with varying diets. ZF&WB have a set three course vegan menu but you can opt to order individual items from that menu. I had the vegan pasta (minus aubergine/eggplant) and thought it was good. I particularly liked that it had olives in the sauce.

A cool oasis on a hot day in Split. - Edit
The vegan pasta was delicious. My Omni husband also enjoyed his salad and bread. The wine was great as well as the Croatian craft beer.

lovely vegan three course dinner - Edit
we had the vegan three course dinner, which was lovely. we pared all the meals with a glass of croatian wine which the waiter recommended and matched perfectly. if you want to have a good seating in the more opened area, make a reservation an tell them your preferencese before your visit.
