Il bar in se è veramente accogliente, le ragazze che lavorano li sono gentilissime. Ho preso un freschissimo estratto alla spirulina blu ed una bowl vegana col beyond burger, ma fanno anche altri piatti vegani. Buono anche l'hummus di barbabietola.

Had multiple labelled vegan options which was great and they spoke good English and were super friendly! Was busy so we had to get takeaway but that wasn’t a problem for us. The açai bowl was so delicious, would definitely go back again!

Unpretentious, quick service with clearly labeled options. Had the scrambled tofu with guacamole, sweet potato fries, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and toasted bread. Fruit smoothie was energising. The carrot and chocolate fondant cake was delicious. Generous, delicious portions. The tofu was creamy, but the fries could be crispier.

Salerno has two excellent vegan restaurants, one of which (Gesulmino) is truly world class. Both vegan restaurants are a bit out of the tourist center of town. In the main part of the town, however, the vegan offerings, are rather bigger or lackluster. In this regard, this place is somewhat of a stand out – with healthy-ish food and a number of clearly marked vegan items.
Read moreI had a turmeric tofu scrambled “egg” dish, a smoothie, a vegan cookie, and oat cappuccino; I enjoyed my meal, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This place is right by the train station, and it is an excellent place to grab a bite while waiting for a train.

I got the acai bowl and a protein cookie and that meal felt so good after eating so many (vegan) croissants for my other breakfasts! And it was hard to choose what I wanted to eat because there was a lot of vegan options! If you need a break from regular Italian cuisine and you want something healthy, go there!!
