Great food and options - Edit
Usually places that are isolated and don't need to provide options as they are the only place to eat, don't. But you can tell someone has gone above and beyond here to make sure you can not only get something, but also have a great experience. The dinner was a lovely roast cauliflower with purees and other bits, and for breakfast I had avo smash and "scramble eggs". All options on the breakfast menu were 1:1 swappable with vegan alternatives which I also find rare.
