Ramen is not vegan!!!! - Edit
I didn’t end up going here but I called ahead and they informed me that the veggie ramen option has a “little bit of fish oil” and it’s in the entire broth so you can’t have them not include it. Be forewarned, the ramen is not vegan!!

Absolutely Amazing Ramen - Edit
I just ordered the vegetarian ramen, and the vegetarian poke which can become vegan by not adding the egg. It was absolutely amazing. I ordered this through door dash so I don't know what their restaurant is like, but their food is so beautifully arranged, and the taste is the best in the Tacoma-Puyallup area.

Jazzy vibe inside the restaurant. The veggie ramen (minus egg) was super good! Very warm and filling. I also got the veggie sushi burrito which tasted very fresh. Service was quick and staff was friendly.

The ramen was easily made vegan by asking for no egg. Tofu was great and the staff knows how to make vegetarian items vegan.
