Great soba noodles in authentic restaurant - Edit
Very nice soba noodles. Lots of vega(n) options. Stuff is very sweet, and the interior is authentic Japanese. We really liked it here.

Hidden gem - Edit
Loved being able to eat local Japanese food in a beautiful traditional restaurant. So many options! All tasty. This places deserves more attention from Happy Cow. They’ve made a huge effort to make this place very vegan friendly.

Idk why this place doesn’t have any reviews? I lived in Hakuba for two months in the summer and this is one of the absolute best restaurants in town. Very traditional Japanese, authentic, and amazing interior. Their tempura is so good and the staff is very understanding of veg requests.
