Needs to sort out time to get dishes out

Below sounds like a bit of a rant, but just want to let others know of what to expect.
Twice now, where on ordering we are given time of half an hour (ok long for 3 or 4 dishes), but on arrival for pickup half an hour later, only to wait further 25min before it was ready.
Food is great, but time management an issue.
Over the 25min wait only 2-3 tables received some dishes, the rest looked like getting tired of waiting.
One dish ordered was Pad Tai- which only had two tiny pieces of vegie chicken.

Pros: Nice tasty dishes, Small restaurant - great ambience, Pure Vegie

Cons: Dish prep time way too long, Staff rushing around apparently not achieving much

Racists!!!

I should have listened to the reviews!!! Just ordered and I got three seperate calls from the staff who got less courteous with every call to tell me how late my order would be. Then after the long wait I had a man call and ask for my address which I had already suplied! Then he told me to come outside to get my food as he didnt want to get a parking fine (not my problem) the reason i paid £20 for one meal is for the convieniance of getting it to my door. I had just washed my hair and it was snowing soni didnt want to go outside and catch a cold. When i said I cant he started shouting so I hung up.

He called me back 10 minutes later and told me off for not coming downstairs so I shut the door in his face and he said ‘all black people are like this’ i opened the door and said what did you say and he didnt have the nerve to say it again! So add racist to the review!!! Cannot beleive I have been racially abused at my own door just because I didnt want to go out into the the cold or be told off for not doing so.
